Cancer – Neurofibroscarcoma – Lower left leg, November 2005
Metastatic Scarcoma – Right lung and brain, August 2006

1972 Removal of benign Neurofibroma from upper left posterior arm
1973 Repair of incision on left arm / Removal of two small benign Neurofibromas from neck, left arm, and two on back.
1985 Neurofibroma removed from left neck/throat area (Report not available)
1991 Neurofibroma removed from left posterior leg (Report available, 03/21/1991)
1993 Abdominal Surgery – Removal of three masses (Report available, 08/10/1993)
2000 Ankle Surgery - Left Ankle - Repair clawed toes due to nerve damage from surgery in 1991
